Under ek99922's policy One Account per Mobile Number can be opened. Two members of the same household can each create a separate account using different numbers — this is completely allowed.
However Two Accounts from the Same Device If this happens, ek99922's system can detect it and may request verification. As long as both individuals can prove they are separate people, it's generally not an issue.
What's strictly not allowed: Creating two separate accounts as the same person, opening a new account to claim bonuses again, or operating an account under someone else's name — all of these are prohibited. Both accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited. If you have an issue with your existing account, contact support directly rather than opening a new one.
